Red Clay Running Waters Audiobook
RED CLAY RUNNING WATERS IS NOW AN AUDIOBOOK!!
While writing Red Clay, Running Water I visualized scenes, like short films. Ever since then, I've wanted to do the audiobook version of John and Sarah's story to see if listening came closer to movies than reading does. What author doesn't dream of finding the perfect person to narrate the story they wrote and bring the times and people to life? The answer lies to the 'movie' question is within the person, I suppose, but for me, listening does come closer.
After much searching, and many months of hard, hard work, my quest to present the story I so love to book-listening audiences has come. In an immensely rich, epic listening experience, Red Clay Running Waters, is now available as an audiobook on Amazon.
The scope and challenge of a single person narrating a 690-page novel, let alone a story with hundreds of characters to give voice to, requires exceptional dedication, effort, and skill, not to mention a huge creative range. Cameron DelGrosso, who beautifully narrates the book, delivers close to 28 hours of vivid drama and prose, reanimating the characters into flesh, blood, and spirits existing in inhabited worlds for all who listen. Without his gifts, the promise of my written words might never have been fulfilled as closely to what I envisioned as this listening experience. I am so very grateful for Cameron's contribution and collaboration on this project. Now I 'see' my book every time I listen!
